Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Lee Killon. I am so excited to share the wonderful world of Veganism with you.

Here you will learn about what it is like to live a Vegan lifestyle and also how to.

Originally this website was about only mindfulness but my heart and my life is with veganism and although those articles still remain, this website is now a work in progress and will feature more articles about veganism as well as mindfulness. I see the two as integral with each other.

I first began my journey towards a vegan lifestyle back in December 2008 and then since January 2017 I have been living a vegan lifestyle.

Here you will learn every aspect of life as a vegan. Veganism means so many things. It is representative of the whole. From animal to human liberation, to food and clothing, eco living, health and mindfulness, anarchism and conscious choices.

It is my hope that even if you don’t wish to ever live a vegan lifestyle you will come to at least understand and know that it is far away from being an extreme way of life as it is often portrayed.

You will come to learn that veganism is a compassionate, loving and peaceful way to live. It is a whole way of life, a way of being. This is The Tao of the Vegan!
