Definition Of Veganism

Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.

Veganism is about recognising the sacredness of life. It is to derive your sense of being from compassion, love and peace.

Veganism relates to all of life, not just human beings and incorporates caring for the planet too.

It is the aim of vegans to see an end to the use and exploitation of all animals. Ending human exploitation is also a part of this aim.
