Vegan food is anything but bland. Of course, just because something is vegan doesn’t always mean it’s healthy. Now and again I do enjoy vegan takeaways and a little “junk food” but my diet on the whole is freshly cooked, nutritious and healthy.
You will find that I use meat substitutes in some of my recipes but just recognise these foods are still processed so they do not compare to wholefoods.
